Brief Answer:
you may add Omeprazole

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for asking HealthcareMagic,

I can understand your concern,

If you were my patient I would add in your current treatment for asthma nebulizer with steroids like Budesonide twice for one week and afterwards to be in inhalers like Seretide twice for one month.

Yes, I agree with your opinion that might be a reflux too.

For this, you can use Omeprazole once orally before breakfast for two weeks.

Be careful with the food no spicy, no alcoholic beverages, and also, no coffee.

Just follow this, and afterwards, you should feel the difference from the present situation.

I wish a fast recovery for you.

Take care and feel free to ask me again.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

Usually, in young persons, the reflux is silent. You can use Omeprazole safely, don't worry.

Carbocisteine is a good choice for mucus.
