Is Delayed Menstrual Cycle Normal When Using Systane?

Question: I had my lasik surgery 3 weeks back. I've been using Systane since 3 weeks and I used Zymaxid, Genteal and FML for 2 weeks.
I never had any problem with my menstrual cycle. And I missed my period this month. Does this have anything to do with the eye drops I have used??
