Is Deworming Advisable For A Child?
Question: We have not dewormed her till now. Though she does not have any explicit symptoms, should we do it once?
Brief Answer:
You may deworm the child
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Routine deforming can be done at an interval of 6 months if there is high risk.
High risk means children with lower socioeconomic group, anemia, past history of worm infestation, poor hygiene. These children are more prone to worms.
I don't recommend deworming agent routinely if child is not in high risk.
As zental has no significant side effect it can be given safely if you need so.
