Hi.
I've gone through your query and I can understand your anxiety.
From your history,
iron deficiency anemia - headache - dizziness - tiredness etc are inter-connected.
Iron deficiency at times presents with less common features like headaches or migraine,
lightheadedness or dizziness. These are because of low levels of hemoglobin in red blood cells to carry enough oxygen to brain.
Also other underlying diseases like
thyroid dysfunction, hypoglycemia,
vitamin deficiency,
chronic blood loss, malignancy etc presents with same features should be worked out.
I advice you to,
- Do complete hemogram, Blood sugar, TFT etc.
- Take iron & multivitamin supplements ( especially vitamin C)
- consume red meat, fish & other iron rich diet.
-
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Take care.

Dr. Yogapriya V, General and family physician.
