Is Fasting Blood Glucose Level Of 128 A Cause For Concern?
Question: sudden onset of high blood pressure (controlled with losartin) and high glucose level in the am of 128 along withTestosterone serum of 271, free testosterone of 1.2 , free testosterone serum of 33. Normal cortisol serum of <1.0. low Acth, Plasma of 1.7. MRI normal no tumors. What do you think Doc?

For now, start with regular physical exercise and maintain a normal body weight to start fighting any rising blood glucose. Also, a healthy diet is always a plus.
