Brief Answer:
Can you upload these test results?

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I have reviewed the information that you have provided fully. However, it is always best to interpret these tests taking into account what the laboratory reference values are as there are several testing methods and the cut off for tests like testosterone, ACTH, etc. may be laboratory specific. For the fasting blood sugar, it is borderline for the diagnosis of diabetes and I will like to see this controlled in the months ahead before saying whether you have diabetes or not. For now, start with regular physical exercise and maintain a normal body weight to start fighting any rising blood glucose. Also, a healthy diet is always a plus.

If this proves difficult, please send the image by mail to YYYY@YYYY and request that the image should be uploaded to your query. Taking clear images with the phone is good and you do not need to scan the reports if they are in a hard copy format.

I hope to hear from you at your earliest convenience with the other test results uploaded. This way, I can interpret from scratch and offer an independent second opinion to your laboratory findings. Until then, I wish you well.
