You need to stop alcohol all together
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Thanks for using healthcaremagic.
With all these parameters you need to do two things.
First stop the alcohol all together. If that is not possible never cross three drinks or 90 ml in a day (40% alcohol). Upto 300 ml is around 10 drink and that is not advisable for anybody who have liver enzyme level elevation. With this grade 1 fatty liver change will be corrected.
Secondly bring your weight down. Your ideal weight is 90 kg and above that it is abnormal. This will further help you in normalizing your liver function.
Your doctor is right in saying that no medication required for your case so no need to worry in that regards.
Hope I am able to answer your concerns.

But i need some more details like why sgpt and sgot increases. And what stage 1 2 & 3 fatty lever. What is danger level in my case.
When to meet doctor. Some diet which can heal my lever. Etc
I think a gastro specilist can reply more elaborately.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Thanks for reverting back to me.
SGOT and SGPT increase because liver is damaged with repeated exposure of alcohol. If you stop it there is time to recover and liver goes to its normal stage. Alcohol acts as a toxin on the liver.
Fatty liver grade 1 means there is fatty change but very minimal. This is the initial stage. If you continue to expose your liver with this with time it may turn out to be grade 2 or 3 fatty liver. It depends on the amount of exposure and capacity of liver to handle the toxins.
As I said earlier you need to stop it to prevent further damage. You can follow a doctor every three month with repeated assessment of SGOT and SGPT with serial abdominal ultrasound.
I hope this makes things clear.
Thanks and regards
