Is Flight Travel Advisable When Diagnosed With Low Lying Placenta?

Question: Hi, I am 24weeks pregnant and have a low lying placenta. I need to travel by air. The flight is of 1.5hrs only. Will I have any complications. One of my friend traveled 2 days ago and she is having a pain in in her lower abdomen. What should I do? Because traveling is not avoidable. What are the risk involved and what should I do I have the same lower abdominal pain.
Thanking you in advance for responding.

Brief Answer:
Upload latest ultrasound report
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear and thanks for your query.
Flying only for 1,5 hours in your condition ,in my opinion will not cause any issue ,like vaginal bleeding and/or premature labour.
But all these complications vary from grade of inseration of placenta.
Hence please upload ultrasound that show low lying placenta.
All the best

Brief Answer:
Monitor fetal movements
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear again and apologize me for late reply.
I saw your reports and it is a marginal placentia previa, it means that internal orifice of cervix is free and you aren't out of dangerous, bleeding.
Abdominal pain may be due to any premature cramps (is it associated with strength of abdominal wall and pain is continuous or intermittent) or any urinary infection, because having placentia previa doesn't mean that you may have abdominal pain.
While for the baby, please be calm and monitor fetal movements :
you must count 10 fetal movements during one hour
All the best

what should I do in this case? any suggestions or something?
Brief Answer:
Be aware and be checked every month
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear again.
Did you count fetal movements ?
While for the placenta previa there is nothing you can do ,only be aware every time you may have vaginal bleeding and be checked every month with ultrasound examination.
Be calm.
