i feel that my penis will not be satisfying to my future wife (still single and will marry). Wondering if i shuold worry about it.. Mine is about 10cm while erect!

Pain in left testicle could be due to infection of either Epididymis or due to Varicocele .However this can be confirmed only on clinical examination by a qualified Urologist ..
In the mean while you can take pain killers like Brufen twice daily .
