Brief Answer:
Get an ultrasound done

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Very heavy jerks can lead to bleeding or placental separation.
However, there is usually bleeding after such episode.
I will suggest you to get an ultrasound done to confirm the well being of the patient.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
