Question: Hi my daughter is 2months old from birth she has hemangioma on left of fore head which is 1cm it is like raised bump I consulted pediatric surgeon she suggested propanalol tablet can I use them wat to do please suggest
Brief Answer:
No medication required. Leave it alone.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
I have gone through your query and understand your concern. I do not think that you need to put the child on medication for hemangioma. Hemangiomas usually regress gradually over time. Although propranolol can be given, I would suggest against its use.
Let me know if I could help further.

I think if we give propranolol in the starting stage it may decrease the size of hemangioma it may not grow further please clear my doubt regarding this.
