Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.
The hemoglobin level is low as expected in thalassemia minor.
However, the associated malaise and immobility is not expected with hemoglobin level of 9.1 gm%.
Clot formation is also not expected with thalassemia minor state.
I suggest you consult your hematologist to look for some other cause of these symptoms.
If you have more queries, I will be glad to answer.
Thanks and take care

Brief Answer:
Hb of 9 gm% is mild anemia.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome again,
The hemoglobin is mildly reduced.
A fall by 2 gm is not expected in two weeks time.
There is probably some other reason for fall in hemoglobin.
Thanks and take care
