What Causes Severe Abdomen Pain, Nausea Ad Shortness Of Breath?

I am 28 years old and for the past 3 years I have been experiencing severe upper abdominal pain, nausea everyday, shortness of breath. I had an endoscopy, colonoscopy and been on meds for GERD. My bloodwork comes back normal except for mild anemia. I have tried diet restrictions ,eg, gluten free, eliminated fried, fatty foods, dairy. I still have an appetite but every time I eat, I am in pain. This is hard to live with everyday.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it may not be the GERD but for sure it could be hyperacidity may be associated with acid reflex phenomenon certain things I would like to mentioned here first take care in diet avoid too spicy and oily food, avoid heavy meal, coffee, alcohol, smoking prior to bed, and in medicine I would suggest to try Tab Omeprazole 40 mg with Domperidone 20 mg once in day and it needs to be continue for at least four weeks hope this information helps.
