Brief Answer:
continue drugs;monitor hemoglobin levels.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to HCM.

You have taken multiple drugs for uterine bleeding with minimal results. Now you have been advised hysterectomy but you are unwilling for it right now due to your son's board exams.

I can understand your concerns.

In my opinion, you should continue with the drug Deviry thrice a day (as prescribed by your doctor). Along with that, use of injection/tablet tranostat (500mg two-three times per day but only under your doctor's supervision) should be considered till the time you want to postpone hysterectomy.

But, due to continued bleeding, there is risk of anemia. So, a regular monitoring of hemoglobin levels would be necessary.

Keep a regular follow-up with your doctor. Any dose/drug changes are to be made strictly under your doctor's supervision.

Hope this answers your query satisfactorily.

Feel free to ask further.
