Is Impregnation Possible With Sperm Count Of 36million Per Ml?

Question: Hello sir I am XXXXXXX I have 36million per ml sperm count and 10% active motile sluggish 35% and non motile 55% . Is these result enough for me to get my wife pregnant.

With above parameters many men can father a child. If you are not successful after trying for one year, better to go for Intrauterine Insemination (IUI).

I was worried by seeing my motility percentage, this raised question in my mind .

Is there any way to increase Active motility percentage ?.
I have boarder line Cholesterol will this affect sperm quality?.

Decreased motility can be improved by healthy life style as excercise and diet.

This will also reduce cholesterol. Anyway high cholesterol wont decrease motility.
