Is Infection Possible After Accidentally Splashing Bluish Water From Bathroom?
![default](/r/images/default.png)
Question: I pooped in a bus bathroom and the blueish water that doesn't get flushed splashed on my genital area. Should I be concerned of any sort of STI or other infections? Should I go to my doctor to get tested for anything? I'm pretty grossed out and since I'm on a bus I can't even properly clean myself for a few more hours and I'm worried about my health.
Brief Answer:
minor risk
Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
You dont need to be concerned since there is minor risk for some infection and there is no any way that STD can be transmited. Only uroinfection caused by Eschericihia coli is possible but this is not considered to be risky contact and symptoms would occur within 24 hours. So I dont think that testing is required. Just have shower few times today and thats it. WIsh you good health. Regards
