Question : I'm a 49 year old female, advised to take envas5 once a day, can I take it twice a day?

Welcome To HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I understand your concern.
Envas is an ACE inhibitor and an excellent drug for Hypertension and Heart diseases.
However we have to look at the BP , Serum potassium and serum creatinine levels before increasing the dose.
Mention the reason why you want to double the dose and also Mention your BP and recent kidney function tests.
