Brief Answer:
Fol XT contains Active form

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your query.

I read your query and I understand your concerns.

Following is my reply:

1) Fol XT contains 5-methyltetrahydrofolate (5-MTHF) which is biologically active form of Folic acid where as Folvite contains Inactive form.

2) Hence Fol XT is a better formulation comparatively.

3) Continue with your doctor's advice of Fol-XT.

I hope I answered your query. I will be available for any follow up query you have.
