Is It An Unusual Issue To Have Two Toes?

Question: hello! I have two toes that have this unusual issue. I believe it all stemmed from ingrown toenails but I've never seen one do this. Please advise.

Hi Sir.

I understand your concern.

You seem to have this issue either due to ingrown toe nail or a nail plate infection.

Initial treatment would be to use oral anti fungals like Fluconazole 200 mg once a day for 1 week.

This has to be followed by topical application of antibacterial cream like Soframycin 3 times a day.

Please note these drugs have to be taken under medical prescription.

We can think further only if it does not resolve with this.
