Is It Bad To Eat Too Much Vegetables?

Question: is there a thing of eating too much vegetables. ..I'm going to have alot of time in front of the tv this winter and trying to quit smoking. ..I munch all day on carrots some celery and strawberries for my sweet tooth...so guess my question is can I munch on this kinda of stuff and not gain too much weight

Thanks for sharing you concerns. Let me clarify few things that, all the habbits you have shared, are quite healthy. Seems as if you take a good care of your health and you look like a concerned person towards your personal hygiene. It is commonly said as that prevention is better than cure and waiting for the grave circumstances to come, it is better to act preumptively with necessary precautions as XXXXXXX in time saves nine. I would also like to commend you for your decision regarding quiting smoking as that will impart much beneficial effect on you as you are soon going to experience for yourself.

Now coming to your direct concerns regarding vagetables like strawberry or carrots are concerned, both are healthy and contain essential vitamins and micronutrients and you can take them after washing as much as you can easily. As far as weight gain is concerned high carbohydrates and sugars and a chunk from fats is directly notorious for the Weight gain and if as you know out stomachs has got a specific volume to accomodate and if you are filling it with vegetables it is less likely to be filled in with those to cause any weight gain. I do except that answer. ..but I have another one. ..there is no hurry. ..I don't know your availability. ..but this is the first time I bought. ..what is called celery hearts. ...is the celery good when bite into it and it is not stringy...just saying ever celery stick I have ever eaten was kinda stringing. ..so basically I'm asking if the celery is good

Hi! Thanks for sharing the details. Actually celery is a good alternate as it is rich in fibre and provide good alternate to fill in stomach at the expense of high calories diets and thus help in weight reduction. It is also rich in vitamin K alongwith several vitamins. It also serves good to lower blood pressure. Don't worry about the odd taste if you feel good with it. It can lead to anaphylaxis but that becomes evident on first exposure. If so far you had good going with it, it will not be problamatic in long run.
