Few days to weeks under proper treatment.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Nice to meet you,
It is rare to get infected after getting treatment for stone removal and it might be the reason for your fever and increased WBC count.
The fever and WBC counts are due to the residing infection, it wanes off once you get treated accordingly.
I came to know you are already on IV antibiotics from your medical history, antibiotics along with analgesics are usual mode of treatment in infection.Try to do an culture and sensitivity for finding the infective pathogen and appropriate antibiotics against them.
Finally, It usually takes few days to weeks to get cured under proper medical treatment.
Hope helped you,
Take care.
