Brief Answer:
No significant abnormality found...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concern. 5-6 kg weight loss is concerning. I assume her appetite has also reduced accordingly. If her weight loss is not explained by any other feature including diet and life style change, then it needs to be investigated further.

As far as reports are concerned, there are no alarming findings. Hemoglobin is low, the cause of it may be nutritional deficiency or secondary to excessive menstruation (in case she hasn't attained menopause yet). You can get this sorted easily with the help of your local physician. She probably needs a course of iron and vitamin c supplement for a month or two before rechecking hemoglobin level. Iron supplementation may help her appetite and thereby weight.

That being said, if you don't find any other apparent cause of weight reduction (that is if she is eating normally) she should visit a physician for further evaluation.

Hope I am clear.

Brief Answer:
Need further tests to confirm blood sugar status..

Detailed Answer:
The report only revealed fasting blood sugar which is at the borderline. Couple of more test - post prandial sugar as well as glycosylated hemoglobin (Hba1c) is necessary to comment on her blood sugar status.
