I have gone through your query. It is not necessary to bleed after first sex. Bleeding is usually due to breaking of hymen. Hymen is variable among girls. It can be so light or so hard and tight. If light means there will be a tinge of blood or with out blood. For some hymen might have broken during physical activities before only. In such case also there won't be any blood.

Physical activities like jumping, running is enough to break moderate to light hymen. Exercises involving stretching legs also can break hymen easily.
