Thanks for writing to us.
Congratulation on your pregnancy!
Before giving my opinion about it, I want to ask few questions from you.
You said, You were sick last night.
What was happened to you?
Headache is very common during pregnancy due to increased blood circulation but it can be pathological also.
Are you having any associated symptoms like nausea, vomiting and vision problem?
Are your blood pressure is normal or raised?
Please revert back to me with my answers.

When I say I was sick, I meant vomited and nauseous. My blood pressure is normal. Thank you
Brief Answer:
Most probably due to stress.....
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Nice to hear from you once again.
With your history and discussion it is clear that you are not suffering from migrain( a cause of headache).
Your blood pressure is normal, so chances of preeclampsia are not there.
So your headache may be due to stress, fatigue, dehydration and inadequate sleep.
Advice for you-
- Take a cold and hot compress
- Take a warm water bath
- Drink a lot of water
- Take frequent meal at regular interval to maintain sugar level
-Take an adequate sleep.
-Take Tylenol after doctor consultation
If headache persist and associated with high blood pressure and vision problems then consult your treating physician immediately.
Hope it is useful.
Regards
