Is It Normal To Have Slightly Brighter Vision In One Eye?

Question: Hi Doctor,I have noticed that I have brighter vision on my left eye than my rt. eye if I would clove it with my hand.My eye doctor sending me for ultrasound saying just in case....she may suspect nevritis....Im devastating and with uncontrol anxiety about it. At the same time I strained my neck muscles and feel a bit dizzy a
,plus so nervous about upcoming test....riding about ME or brain tumor accociated with nevritis.Please help.
