Brief Answer:
Chilbearing depends upon the semen parameters

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand the concerns.
Your sugar levels are just borderline and testosterone levels are low.
The testosterone levels are lowered with ageing.
Other conditions like stress and diabetes also lower the levels.
However, ability to bear a child do not depends on your testosterone levels.
It depends upon the number and quality of sperms in your semen.
I will suggest you to get a semen analysis done to confirm the sperm count, motility, morphology, infection and to rule out any abnormalities.
You can get back to me with the report.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
