I have this cut on inner side of the extra skin of the penis and got this cut during anal.
So sir please suggest me what should I apply, the same as you suggested or something else and please give me advice ASAP SIR.

I have checked....there is no bleeding but since the cut is in inner part of the extra skin of penis so it is bit wet....the blood is not coming....I pressed it with a napkin to dry and saw and didn't notice bleeding

The cut area is bit red because the area is wet because of urination and all

So do u suggest me to go in same way or something different...

Is there any chance of any infection or anything else I need to take care of
and also how can I contact you further

1. It is a small cut if there is no bleeding and will heal by itself if you take proper care.

2. Please wash the wound with warm water and wipe it dry then clean with small amount of Betadine solution after which you might apply Neosporin ointment. Please do this once in morning and again in evening for 10 days.

3. The Neosporin contains medicine which will prevent infection. Please keep the area clean and do not touch without washing your hand. If there is severe pain or swelling over next one week then you might have to consult a doctor and take a short course of antibiotics if required.

4. Avoiding sex and masturbation for two weeks is required to give time for healing.

When I apply the ointment then it is touching the inner part of my penis, I mean the inner fleshy pink part....I wanted to ask is there any problem if the neosporin ointment comes in contact with inner fleshy part of penis because the cut is in the inner part the extra skin of my penis so when I leave it after applying ointment it goes towards inside and the ointment gets in contact with inner part of penis below the skin
please help ASAP sir

1. The Neosporin ointment is safe be used on small cuts on the frenulum which is a tage of skin attaching the penis to the foreskin. Try not to let the neosporin enter the urethra which is the urinary opening in penis.

I have uploaded four pics sir
I have extra skin on my penis so when I leave the skin this extra skin portion which I have held takes its position and turns inwards so it touches the inner penis part but I dun think it goes inside the opening

1. In the picture the wound is in the foreskin and far from the urinary opening.

2. Therefore you should wash with warm water twice daily and clean with Betadine and apply small amount of Neosporin.

3. If you were my patient and then I would have considered giving you medicine containing serratiopeptidase 10 mg, diclofenac sodium 50 mg combination twice daily after food for 5 days. This causes early healing and pain relief and is available at the pharmacy. There are many brands having same medicine, one popular name is TOLPA-D tablet and contains diclofenac 50 mg, serratiopeptidase 10 mg. It is manufactured by Micro Labs Ltd and you can take twice daily after food when required.

4. Please do not touch the wound except when applying ointment. Please watch the wound for any redness, swelling with severe pain or discharge and if it is there then it might be infection and consult your doctor immediately.

5. You should not do rough sex and please use condoms and lubrication jelly for anal sex. Right now you should avoid sex and masturbation for two weeks and allow scar to form and the wound will heal.
