Brief Answer:
Wait and watch

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on Health care magic.

I have gone through your query and understand your concern. Detol Hand wash (contains: Aqua, Sodium laureth sulfate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Glycerine, Sodium Chloride, Glycol Stearate, Salicylic acid, Polyquaternium-7, Parfum, Chloroxylenol, Tetrasodium EDTA, Citric acid, Sodium Hydroxide, Methylchloroisothiazolinone, Methylisothiazolinone, Cl 19140, Cl 14700, Cl 61570) is a soapy liquid. You do not need to do anything else. You need to wait and watch. She may have loose stools and/or vomiting. You need to give ORS (Oral rehydration solution). If anything seems out of place be sure to visit the ER.

Let me know if I could help further.

Regards
