Is It Safe To Continue Pregnancy When Rub IgG Is 36.4 And IgM Is 0.37?

Iam XXXXXXX from XXXXXXX aged 32. I am 15weeks 5days pregnant(My LMP 17 feb14). last year i had miscarriage at 8weeks, this is my second pregnancy now.
As suggested by doctor i did my rubella blood checkup in my 7th week i.e on 12april.

Rubella IgG AB 95.91 IU/ml
Rub IgM AB 0.36 COI
As followup checkup agian in 11th week preg i.e on 9th may
Rub IgG 36.4 A.I
Rub IgM 0.37 AI
After seeing these reports my doctor said there is no need to worry about it and asked me to do Avidity test.
Today i got my rub avidity test report and it says Rub avidity igg 92% (as on 1st XXXXXXX in 14 week preg)
(Adittional info-Till now my scanning reports r fine.Did NT & NB scan and double marker test at 12week pre and reports are fine)
Till now my doc said not to worry about tis. I have not yet shown rub avidity test report,have not yet got appointment.I want to know is it safe to continue my pregnancy? i read a lot of article abt this and confused. I am really worried kindly suggest me having avidity level high is safe or not. should i continue my preg or not.

Rubella is a viral infection which is very harmful for intrauterine pregnancy.
If infection occurs body tries to eliminate it by generating antibodies.
IgM antibody is increased at first and tries to fight the infection and if patient is positive for Rubella IgM antibody then she surely has the infection and thus pregnancy is terminated.
Later on this IgM is replaced by IgG antibody which in initial stages functions to protect against virus and then slowly decreases to negligible levels.
Thus, if patient is positive for IgG antibody we do two tests to see if infection is recent or remote and also if infection is being eradicated by IgG antibody or not.
Levels of IgG - Decreasing levels are suggestive of control of infection by the virus
Avidity testing - high avidity (92% in your case) suggests good eradication of virus and thus old infection.
So, you can safely continue this pregnancy because -
- high avidity
- decreasing levels of IgG antibody
- negative IgM antibody.
