Brief Answer: Its safe to travel. Detailed Answer: Hi XXXXXXX Thank you for your query. It is safe to fly between 14 to 30 weeks of pregnancy as the baby is big enough to take the stress of flight travel but also pregnancy is not near term for labor pains to start. Do not worry. Only follow the few advice that I write down below. 1) Inform the airline authorities beforehand as they need to be ready for any emergencies plus if there are any particular airline policies which need to be fulfilled. 2) Make sure she gets adequate rest. Try to get a seat in the middle row on the wings as it’s the one which shakes the least. 3) Tell her to move her legs and walk for 10 minutes every 2-3 hours as pregnancy has higher risk of deep vein thrombosis in legs. 4) She should be awake while takeoff and landing to prevent any ear pain. 5) She should eat light but adequate diet before takeoff. Please do follow the advice told and she should be fine to travel. Have a nice journey Regards.
