No need to give crocin separately. Better alternatives available.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
Anafortan indeed contains paracetamol. Paracetamol can be given both as a pain relieving agent as well as for fever. Paracetamol can be given at a dose of 15 mg/kg at a mininum interval of 3-4 hours. It does not matter whether the source is one formulation or a combination of two. But if she has fever in spite of getting Anafortan, I would not insist on giving Crocin (paracetamol) separately. Although paracetamol is a safe drug, there is no need of going into the risk of overdose. Instead, giving Meftal (mefenamic acid) would be a better idea. It is more effective than paracetamol in reducing temperature even when paracetamol fails to bring down the temperature.
Please note that Meftal is a prescription medicine. You should get it prescribed by your doctor before administering it.
Hope that helps.
