Is It Safe To Give Boiled Egg To A Child At Night? Suggest A Diet Plan

Question: Hello,
My daughter is 19 months old. She is healthy. We give her boiled egg and with milk every night. she likes it and has shown no issue yet. Recently my mother pointed out it's not good to give baby an egg at night. Is there any truth in it, if so (or otherwise) what kinds for food we should give her at night (and other time) and is there any resources out there which clearly mentions average baby food chart.
Thanks,

They are just rumors. The egg contains micronutrients which are readily absorbable and do not needs to be digested. It is a very better food to be given to children even you can give it in breakfast. The food chart for babies can be obtained from a nutritionist who makes them according to baby's body weight and its requirement.
If you still have some query, feel free to ask

Thanks Dr. for your prompt reply. She is 2'8" in height and her weight is 12.3 Kg. Can that be considered normal, over or under?
Thanks.
Thanks.
The child with 1.5 to 2 years of age should have 10-15 kg body weight. The height and weight she is having reflects her healthy status. She is normal.
