How many days you are having this problem?
Is the cough productive? If,what is the color and nature of sputum?
What is the nature of nasal discharge? Is it clear or yellowish?
Any other features like throat pain, headache, facial heaviness increasing on stooping forward etc?
Kindly get back with details.

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear. Thanks for the information given.
Let me confirm that you have fever with mild non productive cough and cold, and no other features like nausea/vomiting/abdominal pain/urinary disturbance.
If this is the case, this can be managed with antibiotics (as the fever is not responding to antipyretic alone) like clavum or azithromycin along with antihistamines and antipyretics for about 5 days. But, kindly see your doctor as antibiotics are prescription drugs and are not to be taken over the counter.
Meanwhile, you continue antipyretics (plain paracetamol will be enough if the headache is not so severe) and take antihistamine like cetirizine 10 mg once daily. Also take adequate rest, drink enough fluids, and avoid exposure to cold.
Hope I have answered your query.

Should i take clavum 625?
Brief Answer:
kindly see your doctor.
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
As I already mentioned, either clavum 625 (twice daily) or azithromycin 500(once daily) will suit your condition. But I cannot suggest you to start them without seeing your doctor as these are prescription medicines which need a direct physical examination before being prescribed.
Hope you can understand the situation.
Take care.
