Brief Answer:
Yes, you can take foliact in first trimester.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for writing to us about it.

I can certainly understand your concern, though.

Folic acid is the medicine used during the first trimester of pregnancy because it is helpful in neural development of the child.

Foliact (Which is used in folic acid deficiency) and folic acid are same.

Iron and calcium used after the first trimester and used in the second and third trimester and continue after saving.

Along with folic acid you should contain high protein diet with lots of fruits and vegetables in it.

Hope it is useful, feel free to ask more questions.

Good luck.

Brief Answer:
L-methyl folate is a form of folic acid.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Nice to hear from you again though.

You are welcome here always.

Yes, L-methylfolate is a form of folic acid.

You should take iron and calcium tablet daily during the second and third trimester.

You can take FOL 123 during your whole pregnancy after consulting your treating doctor, there is no harm in taking it.

Hope it is useful, feel free to ask more.

Good luck.

Brief Answer:
Take balanced diet along with medicine.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Sorry for the delay in my response.

You should take iron and calcium tablet regularly. To avoid side effect you can ingest it in the night after a meal.

If medication is not tolerable, you can take balanced diet rich in calcium and iron.

Hope it is useful, feel free to ask more questions.

Good luck.
