Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to HCM forum.
Thanks for posting to us.
A BP recording of 109/62 is too low.
Just repeat the recording once after 30 minutes. If hypotension is persisting, it is better to skip next dose of metoprolol and get back to your doctor for adjusting antihypertensive dose. Continuing metoprolol may cause further fall and severe hypotension.
Meanwhile, drink enough oral fluids and avoid exertion. If you feel symptoms like dizziness or fainting, immediately lay down in bed for some time with foot end elevated.
Hope this will answer your query.
