Brief Answer:
Valest is necessary

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I understand your concerns about valest.

Valest contains Estradiol valarate 2 mg . Estradiol is necessary for growth of endometrium. It can be taken after 8th day.

What I notice is you are not getting follicular growth scan. Please get it done around 10the day of cycle.

Meanwhile get your HSG (Hysterosalpingogram) test done to check patency of fallopian tubes. Also get your husband's semen analysis done.

Let me know if you need any more clarifications.
