Is It Safe To Start Glucosamine Tablets For Osteoarthritis?

Question: My mother has a normal blood pressure due to intake of repase h. However due to osteo arthiritis, my mother wishes to start a course in glucoseamine tablets as prescribed by her physio therapist, on reading about it, we do see two productas GLoucosamine+MSM+ Vitamin D3+ Calcium tablets by in life produced by vestige and nutrilite glucosamine HCL with Boswellia by Amway. However due to the risks associated with these products, is it safe for her to use these tablets. She has no condition of diabetes or sugar, only high blood pressure controlled with medicine. Please recommend a course of action

What should be the dosage and period of this medication and preferably when should I start the medication?

Also can you suggest which would be a betyter combination to take glucosamin+msm or glucosamine+boswellia launched by amway nutrilite and why?I am in early stage of osteo arthiritis and my weight is 75kg and height 5'5'' .

Do I need to make any changes in my diet while having such a medication? I take celol should I discontinue it? Any other medication I have to take alongside the glucosamine tablets?

This combination has proven its efficacy since long years of study.

Boswellia is plant extract and efficacy is not documented.
