Brief Answer:
Yes and No!

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

The answers depends on your medical history. If you've a serious problem with arterial hypertension then you should be very cautious about taking such a high dose. Otherwise raising your blood pressure a little won't harm you for such a short time period.

Serious conditions related to arterial hypertension include an aortic aneurysm (or other aneurysms) and serious heart disease (coronary artery disease with angina or severe heart failure).

In the first case, increased blood pressure may cause the aneurysm to rupture. In the second case, angina may be provoked or a sudden worsening of heart failure (with pulmonary edema etc).

So if you're having a history of serious medical problems, you should try a lower dose first.
If you don't then I would suggest starting from 200mg per day and then going on to 400mg, if 200 are not effective enough.

Drugs like celebrex usually raise the blood pressure, but if you're not having the problems that I've described earlier, you shouldn't worry too much.
Remember that this drug does nothing more than relieving pain, so the less you use it, the better for your kidneys, liver, blood pressure, etc.

I hope you find my answer helpful!
Kind Regards!
