Brief Answer:
No problem, there is no harm done.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
In twin pregnancy, there is always a risk of preterm labour, so Betnesol injections are given to enhance the maturity of babies , and minimize chances of adverse outcomes if delivery occurs before term.
It is okay if you forgot to tell your new doctor regarding the previous Betnesol injections.
Actually only 2 injections are needed, but if your new doctor has repeated the dosage, there is no harm or complication to you or the twins.
Please do not worry about it.
Just tell your new doctor about your mistake, it is fine, do not worry.
I hope you are not diabetic by any chance ?
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Congratulations on your twins, and prayers for a wonderful phase of motherhood ahead !
Take care.
