Question : My wife is 6 weeks pregnant can lupigest 200 mg taken orally twice a day as suggested by doctor,but i heard taking orally destroys its strength?

Lupigest 200 containing progesterone given in early pregnancy to support it.
It is true when progesterone is taking orally 80-90% is destroyed by gut and liver as it passes through.
It is more effective when taken as a suppository.
