Unfortunately I cannot go to the dr. I got pregnant by mistake and it is illegal in my country. so that's my only option to get abortion.
Can I know the right way to use these pills and what are the side effects?
also if you advise me with other pills or home/herbal remedies that can cause abortion I will be thankful.

Please help me I am soooo scared

Brief Answer:
Self administration may be harmful.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Sorry for the long delay in my response.

I can understand your problem here but self administration of the drug may be harmful and it can be life threatening also.

But if you still want to take it by own, you can take mifeprex 300 mg tablet( one tablet) in the morning on day 1( under doctor supervision ) and day 3 you should take misoprostol to complete abortion process.

Bleeding occurs 2-4 hrs after misoprostol intake.

Repeat ultrasound must 10 days after pill to see whether abortion is completed or not.

Please take above drugs under proper guidance and supervision.

Good luck.

Someone told me to take 3 tablets of mifeprex 200 mg in the first day and 4 tablets of misoprostol on the 4th day what do you advise more, how successful is it? And could this process fail? If any complexity occur what should I do other than going to the Dr? Is there any adviced pills or food to take.. I ordered the pills and they will come by Tuesday or Wednesday next week which means I will be almost 3 weeks pregnant.
Is there any herbs u suggest me to take before taking the pills to ease the process?
What are the side effects?
How long does the blood last?
How can I make sure that I got a successful abortion without visiting the Dr cause as I said it's life threatining if I go I will literally be killed by my country's law.
One more thing if I got blood can I take pregnancy home test only to make sure that this was successful?
Dr. I asked another dr and he suggested using Cytotec instead of misoprostol and mifeprex what do you think?

Brief Answer:
Abortion pills can only be taken under supervision.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I can understand your concern but again the same thing, it should be taken under supervision.

I am giving my patients Mifeprex ( mifepristone ) 300mg one tablet on day one than on day 2 and 3 one tablet mesoprostol ( cytotec) 200mcg twice daily.

Bleeding occurs 2-3 hrs. after taking first dose of mesoprostol and continue upto 10 days or stop early.

Initially bleeding is more along with pain in abdomen and you expel products of conception.
You can take pain reliever for pain.
You must go for ultrasound pelvis after 10 days to see whether it is completed or not.
No other medicines or herb require other than this, usually it will abort pregnancy upto 49 days.
If it fails than D&C is the only option, a surgical procedure to abort pregnancy.
A home urine pregnancy test remains positive 3-6 weeks after abortion.
Side effects are nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain and bleeding etc.

Hope I have answered all your questions.

Brief Answer:
You can go with this regime.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Sorry for the delay in my response.

Yes, you can go with this regime also but I prefer combination of mifepristone and mesoprostol.

You can go with this regime under your doctor supervision.

But nausea and vomiting are more.

Hope it is useful.

Do you suggest any herbal treatment or natural home remedies that will make the process easier only by using cytotec? And how many pills should I take I mean how should I take it?
doctor
Answered by Dr. Richa Agarwal (1 hour later)
Brief Answer:
You should take 12 tablets under supervision.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

In my opinion no herbal remedies are so effective to complete abortion or failure rate are more.

You should take 200 mcg of12 pills of cytotec under doctor supervision.

You should take 4 pills at 3 hrs. Interval under the tongue and you start bleeding 4 hrs.after taking the first four tablets but it should be taken under supervision.

Hope it is useful.
