Question: He is taking nuvigl?Z250 klonopin.xyrum bfn is that not date rape drug but they say it's for sleep and other sleep drugs I'm very concerned obviously about the interaction

You are talking about some male(probably your husband or boyfriend). He is taking Nuvigil(armodafinil) 250 mg, Knolopin(clonazepam) and xyrem(sodium oxybate).

Nuvigil is prescribed for alertness. It is used in narcolepsy, somnolence or depression.

Klonopin is benzodiazepie. It is used as anti anxiety in low dose while for sleep in high dose.

Xyrem is also used in narcolepsy to reduce day time sleepiness.

Interaction between among drugs are as follows.

Klonopin and xyrem preferably should not be used together.Either increases effects of the other by pharmacodynamic synergism. Both can cause Central nervous system depression.Sometime cause excessive drowsiness and dizziness which may be harmful.Discuss the issue with your treating doctor please.

No significant interaction between xyrum and nuvigil.

Nuvigil reduces sedation while klonopin increases sedation so dosing and indication are decided according to need.No significant direct interaction between them.
