Brief Answer:
Thyroid

Detailed Answer:
Tertroxin is liothyronne, to my knowledge.

Liothyronine is also known as T3. T3 has not been recommended for treatment of an under-active thyroid (hypothyroidism) by experts and authoritative guidelines.
There are very select circumstances during which it is considered for use.

Otherwise, levo thyroxine alone is sufficient for the treatment of individuals with hypothyroidism.

Tertroxin can potentially be harmful on the heart and bones.

Taking it in excess amounts can explain your hair loss.

When I see someone like you in my practice I immediately discontinue T3 and check labs for
TSH
Total T3
Total T4
T3 resin uptake
Free T4

I also check routine labs such as
CBC
Glucose
HbA1c
Electrolytes
Liver function tests
Kidney function tests

Because sometimes general health conditions can cause hair loss too and some of the above tests can help detect these problems.
