Brief Answer:
Increase protein intake, limit nuts and raisins

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Raisins are a good source of iron, minerals and fibres and hence can be taken in pregnancy. However, nuts and raisins are not good source of protein, which is required in increased amount in pregnancy. You should limit nuts and raisins maximum to half a small bowl per day, and increase protein rich diet including milk and milk products, sprouts, peanuts, roasted grams, pulses and eggs (if applicable).

Thanks doctor, i have gastric problem for which the doctor gave RANTAC for last 2 weeks. It is not so worse now as in past 2 weeks but i feel the problem starting from late in the afternoon till evening.
Otherwise i am fine, i had no morning sickness or any sort of issues during my early pregnancy (and even now). Please provide me suggestions to reduce gastric problem. I am afraid if this will last throughout the pregnancy as i was feeling less hungry & reduced 1kg in last 2 weeks.

Thanks,

Brief Answer:
Measures as below

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX thanks for responding. Pregnancy is associated with gastic reflux and acidity due to the effect of progesterone hormone, which is increased in pregnancy, on the stomach.
I will suggest you to take some measures to reduce it:
1. Do not lie down or rest immediately after meals.
2. Avoid very spicy or oily food.
3. Do not drink tea empty stomach, and preferably replace it with milk.
4. Include curd in your major meals.
5. Take citrus fruits like oranges etc after meals.
6. Elevate the head end of your bed by 7-8 cm.
Hope these measures will give you adequate relief.
Please do get back for further queries.
Regards,
Dr Deepti Verma
