Question: my unopened levemir flexpen is 1 year old and not on refridgeration, is it safe to use. my blood sugar was just taken and is 325.

Dear Friend, greetings again. I understand your problem. You may take any dose but do not forger the fact that diabetes is a lifestyle disorder. Lifestyle changes are must.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, fruits, oats, and millets (boiled or in the form of breads), temeric , garlic, bittergauard all have proven benefits.
Do exercise. At least walk for an hour a day .
Yoga, pranayama, and meditation do definitely help.
Avoid sugar, carbohydrates,
Takeore of proteins like egg, sprouts and fish.
Get your lipid profile and thyroid hormone levels.
Meet your doctor and get your dose adjusted.
