Question: Hello again, Dr. XXXXXXX Evidently both vascular physicians and dermatologists do the laser ablation for spider veins in the US, so is there any particular difference between having the procedure done by one or the other? Thanks.

Basically it requires individual experience of the person to do it best and that too in moderate to highly enlarged veins.

Anyhow in your personal situation the veins are very mildly enlarged. These kinds of veins require very simple ablation without any problem so can be done very easily. There is no any issue of anything in your case.
