Brief Answer:
Lisinopril dosage can be dropped to 2.5 mg in my opinion, observe after

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. Yes sir, you most definitely need a revision of your treatment regimen, but please do not discontinue anything on your own, and speak to your doctor at the earliest.

The lasix is probably because you have a pre-existing cardiac condition, so there may be no need to discontinue that. But the lisinopril dose can be reduced to 2.5 mg, but only after consulting with your doctor and not otherwise.

I hope you find my response both helpful and informative. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.

Brief Answer:
Pls check if both spirinolactone and lasix are required

Detailed Answer:
Hello once again.

Were spirinolactone and lasix prescribed by the same doctor? I feel lasix and lisinopril should suffice, but if your doctor feels both are necessary then please continue them, but a revision of the lisinopril dose will be required.

Best wishes.
