Is Medication Effective When One Urinates Immediately After Taking It?

Question: I'm pretty sure I have a bladder infection, will be getting it checked out tomorrow. My question is: I took my medication this morning and immediately had to go to the bathroom. Did my medication get into my system?
Brief Answer:
The medications got into your system.
Detailed Answer:
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Your medicaments first pass into blood stream, go to the other organs and blood gradually passes to liver where most of medicaments are degraded, after this a part of degraded medicament products filter to kidneys and excrete into urine.
Your bladder infection doesn't affect your medications getting into your system.
