Brief Answer:
Melaglow contents are quite safe & can be used in feeding mothers.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Welcome and thanks for posing your query to the forum.

I can understand your concern for the marks on your face and related use of Melaglow cream.

I can make out that you are breast feeding and therefore want to be pretty sure to be on safer side.

Melaglow cream contains ingredients like Tetrahydrocurcumin, Soy isoflavones, Licorice Extract, Zinc Oxide, Niacinamide and Kojic acid. All of these contents are quite safe and never cause any erroneous implication or side effects in breast feeding mothers. So can be very well used in feeding mothers.

I suggest my patients to apply this cream at night time in thinnest possible amount so that it should not be visible to the naked eye. A rule of thumb is to apply a pea size amount on palm size area. I suggest my patients to not to over apply the cream.

I hope these information will help you in dealing the condition better. If you have any further queries I will be glad to help you.

With good health wishes,

Brief Answer:
Do not take any peel treatment as you are breast feeding.

Detailed Answer:
Hello young lady,

Welcome again to the forum and thanks for your prompt follow up.

Desowen is a steroid cream and contains desonide which should not be used as self application as it can cause dependence and side effects. So I do not recommend you to use desowen cream.

For the melaglow peel treatment or any other peel treatment : It is not recommended for you as you are breast feeding. So do not think of taking any peel treatments.

Hope the information will help you. If you have any further query I will be happy to help.

Regards.
