Is Minor Head Injury A Matter Of Concern?

Question: Hit my head on a pole 4-5 days ago. Did not black out or throw up. Felt nauseous for a bit.

There is no cause for concern if the following criteria are fulfilled 1. No persistent vomiting 2. No persistent headache 3. No blurring of vision 4. No refusal of feeds. 5.
