Question: How can I conceive naturally aged 39? Is it possible I have never had any children

Hello,
With increasing age, chances of fertility decrease. The quality of eggs also become poor. You need to undergo some hormone tests and xrays (HSG) to find out if your ovarian reserve is adequate. The chances of natural conception will depend on the results. Your hormone levels need to be normal, ovarian reserve needs to be adequate and tubes should be patent.

I have had egg reserve which go says is good and hormone tests are all normal. I have regular periods

If your tubes are patent, and all hormone tests are normal, along with good ovarian reserve then you have at least a 50% chance. However, quality of eggs may be poor. You may need some ovulation induction drugs. But whether you can concieve naturally is debatable as it will depend on the quality of eggs. Going for IUI/IVF will have a better chance.
